Tuesday, January 5, 2016 2:03 pm January 4 is National Trivia Day and the Cannon County Library System is celebrating by hosting a trivia competition! From January 4 - 9, patrons can pick up the trivia sheets of fifty questions to test their knowledge. The questions include the topics of pop culture, presidents, Cannon County history, and questions about the library. If you answer at least ten questions correctly, your name will be placed in a drawing for the grand prize. If you answer all fifty questions correctly, you automatically receive a prize! It's a fun way to earn a prize and you might learn something new!
The King's Birthday is Jan 8--Pin the Hair at Adams Memorial Library
Of course we mean the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis. Adams Memorial Library will celebrate this auspicious day by having a Pin the Hair on Elvis Game. Come to the library and try your hand at getting some hair back on the King. Anyone can play. If you get the King back together you get a prize.
