I, Adam K. Melton, announce today that I am a candidate for the office of County Commissioner for the Fifth Civil District to be elected on August 7, 2014.

I am currently serving as your Woodbury City Alderman. I am a lifelong resident of Cannon County and the Town of Woodbury. I also serve currently as Secretary of the Law Enforcement Committee and member of the Historic Records Committee.

I understand that there is a lot of responsibility that goes with being a commissioner. I want to make Cannon County a better place to live and rear children so on August 7, 2014 vote for and elect Adam K. Melton, Cannon County commissioner for District 5 and let leadership make a difference in your community.
