I am so sorry but did I read this right? DUI 5th offense, DUI 10th offense, violation of the implied consent law, two counts, possession of a Schedule drug. And I wonder if probabtion is the answer to this? I remember at one time hearing that the police would impound your vehicle and you would loose it when the DUI laws where written years ago. Does this ever happen? 10 offenses!!! What a person to meet driving down the road.
