Graveside services for Mr. Roy Kenneth Jones, Sr., age 72, of Bradyville, will be conducted on Saturday, September 12, 2015, at 1:00 PM at Ragsdale Cemetery with Jonathan Jones officiating. Burial will follow. Visitation will be from 10:30 AM until 12:45 PM on Saturday at the funeral home. Mr. Jones passed away Thursday morning at Stones River Hospital in Woodbury.

Mr. Jones was born in Coffee County, TN, the son of the late Homer J. and Berttie Cornelison Jones. He was a roofer in the constructions industry and was of the Pentecostal faith.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Jones was also preceded in death by three brothers, Leighton, Gladus, and R.L. Jones. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Linda Jones of Bradyville; two sons, Roy Kenneth Jones, Jr. of Woodbury and Jerry (April) Jones of the Woodland Community; one daughter, Janie (Jeff) Rogers of McMinnville; two brothers, Jimmy Jones and Ray (Lisa) Jones, both of Manchester; one sister, Josie (Meridith) Baxter of Manchester; three sisters-in-law, Ozelle, Carolyn, and Shirley Jones, all of Manchester; and eight grandchildren, Bill Jones, Jeffrey Rogers, J.D. Jones, Miranda Carmach, Leah Jones, Trey Jones, Trent Jones and Nicholas Adcock.
